Refund policy
RETURNS
At 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚊 Jewellery, you can return an item within 15 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@calajewellery.com.au and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with a refund, store credit or exchange.
𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚊 Jewellery does not cover the shipping costs for returns, unless you have received a damaged product from us.
Once we receive the unwanted item(s) back in our warehouse, we will issue your refund, store credit or exchange according to your preference and send the confirmation to you via email.
Change of mind
If you changed your mind about an item, we can exchange your product. 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚊 Jewellery will not cover the shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, 𝙲𝚊𝚕𝚊 Jewellery will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you want to change your product for a different one, you can request a store credit to be used for your next purchase.
The shipping cost for the exchange, will be deducted from the original product price.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
